Drawing heavily on a technique pioneered by the Mexican artist David Alfaro Siqueiros (a contemporary of Jackson Pollack) oil-based paints of different densities are applied to the substrate in particular combinations designed to produce interesting visual effects.

Taking approximately 3 months to dry and 6 to fully cure. The finish although giving the appearance of being textured, is actually  flat, sumptuously glossy and incredibly smooth to the touch.

Each painting is framed in a floating frame without glass and ready to hang (easily changed if you want to alter which way the painting is viewed)  and can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth.
